We are looking for talented analyst to join us and drive improvements to our marketing performance.
As the marketing analyst you will be responsible for identifying consumer segments to target through marketing campaigns, managing customer contact strategies, selection of consumers for marketing, analysing the performance of marketing activity and identifying performance opportunities.
You will have advanced analysis and data manipulation skills and experience of working in a marketing environment. You’ll be proactive and will enjoy working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders and working effectively in cross-functional teams. You will have a strong customer focus and a passion for using data driven insight to drive change.
•Responsible for data selection for non-automated marketing campaigns
•Post-campaign analysis of marketing performance, used to drive continuous improvements in campaign activity
•Management of customer contacts, ensuring appropriate contact management for customers
•Work effectively with the marketing team to design customer focused CRM and customer lifecycle activity
•Design test programme with the marketing team to improve consumer marketing activity
•Act an evangelist of data driven insight to drive business change and improve the customer experience
•Liaise with other areas to ensure cross-functional best practice and sharing of learning and knowledge
Skills and experience:
•Highly analytical, naturally curious and a pro-active problem solver
•Strong SQL programming experience.
•Experience of marketing campaign analysis and consumer analysis.
•Strong communication skills.
•Analytical degree (e.g. Maths, Computing, Statistics or similar)
•Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint.
•Knowledge of segmentation techniques and consumer modelling desirable.
